Results for the prestigious award are based on opinions from more than 300,000 readers – the most in the award’s history – who represent the most seasoned travelers from around the world. In the awards survey, readers shared their favorite highlights of Grand Velas Riviera Maya, which include the “fantastic five-star cuisine” and “staff [that] pamper you.” At Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, guests raved that “you would never believe you’re in an all-inclusive” with “outstanding staff who even clean your sunglasses, spritz you with Evian, and circle the pool with an ice-pop cart” and a spa that “is one of the best.”
